21 Day Challenge Starts Dec 1st

Friday 1st December – Thursday 21st December

As we enter into the silly season it can become increasingly challenging to stay grounded and connected to what really matters and easily give in to overindulging and overwhelm.

This can leave us finishing the year feeling sluggish and exhausted!

Why not commit yourself to 21 days of mindful yoga and finish the year looking good and feeling great with a new sense of calm and clarity.

The challenge kicks off on 1st December for 21 consecutive days of practice.

Students will be encouraged to practice a variety of our yoga styles, allowing for deeper exploration of ones self and an opportunity to cultivate mindful living.

Dates: 1st December – 21st December
Location: Both locations – St Kilda – Mornington
Time: Practice at anytime, any class you like
Cost: Free for GRY Members / fees apply for non GRY Members

Boards are up in the studios – sign your name on the board and then pay at the desk if payment applies.
