Subtle Body Immersion – Heart & Throat

In the physical body we have two kinds of energy; one is known as prana and the other is consciousness. Tantric philosophy refers to Shiva (consciousness) and Shakti (creative energy). In yoga, the concept of prana is scientific – it does not mean the breath, air or oxygen – it means the original life force, and it exists to varying degrees in layers or sheaths around every thing in the universe – including every part of the physical body.

With understanding & practice we have the power to increase our prana – effectively bringing more life force, healing & vitality to every aspect of being….

Join Jessie Neave for a weekend immersion into your Pranic Body, exploring the ancient science of the chakra system through a wide and colourful variety of

Yoga. Saturday’s focus will be on Anahata, the Heart Chakra and Sunday will focus on Vishuddha – the Throat Chakra.

These workshops are for Yogis interested in expanding their knowledge of traditional Yoga, as well as going deeper into their own practice of healing and transformation. Jessie’s joyful and unique sessions use a variety of techniques and Yoga styles including

Embodied Flow, Hatha, Tantra, Kundalini, Nada (sacred sound & chanting), Mythology and Tibetan Buddhism.

All levels of experience are welcomed to join so long as you have a genuine interest in Yoga beyond the general physical aspects. Jessie will happily guide you on your individual journey – whether you have been practicing for years, or just beginning.
