Pregnancy Yoga Course

Starting 26th August for 4 weeks learn to practice with a changing body: Learn pregnancy sun salutations & Contraindicated postures during pregnancy classical prenatal postures and pelvic floor exercises.

Stabilising prenatal posture class followed and pranayama practises to guide us through the time we expect & labour. Restorative postures and the art of meditation, letting go.

Classes include gentle yoga postures, deep relaxation, mindfulness meditation & breathing practices all of which can help you to prepare for your birth.

Week 1: Practising with a changing body: Learn pregnancy sun salutations & Contraindicated postures during pregnancy

Week 2: Classical prenatal postures and pelvic floor exercises.

Week 3: Stabilising prenatal posture class followed and pranayama practises to guide us through the time we expect & labour.

Week 4: Restorative postures and the art of meditation, letting go.

Dates: 26th Aug, 2nd Sept (one week break) 16th Sept, 23rd Sept

Time: 11.30am – 1pm each Saturday

Cost: $125 for 4 sessions or $40 per session drop in
