Getting set up

  1. Download the Grass Roots app or book via web browser

  2. Create an account or if you’ve been to the studio before Sign In - welcome back!

  3. Browse the studio timetable

  4. Book your first class by clicking ‘Book’

  5. Get started with Intro Pack - 6 classes for $60 (valid 28 days)

After your Intro is Complete

  1. We’ve created a unique promo code just for Alfred Staff to help keep your practice going after you’ve dipped your toe in!

  2. Continue to book as above via Grass Roots app or the web browser.

  3. Coming 3+ times per week grab an unlimited membership. Plus as a Grass Roots member you’ll have access to a bunch of perks including free coffee, bring a friend for free, discounted Osteo and complimentary Run Club with our Perks Partners

  4. Coming once or twice, maybe 3 times on a good week, grab a class pack (the more you buy the cheaper they are!)

Some Frequently Asked Questions

  • No, we have high quality mats already laid out but you’re welcome to put your own on top if you wish to.

  • The studio is located at the rear of 84-86 Inkerman Street. We have 4 designated carparks but if these are taken please find a park on Inkerman Street or Brighton Rd and sneak in the gate at the top right corner of the carpark. On the weekends and after hours you’re more than welcome to park anywhere in the carpark.

  • We get it, sometimes life doesn’t go to plan. Please cancel your booking via the Grass Roots app. We’re not in the game of late fees but just out of courtesy please let us know if you can’t make it so we can offer your spot to someone else.

  • We have 2 bathrooms each with 2 showers and full stocked ammenities including hair dryer. We also have a filtered water tap for drink bottle refills and a stocked fridge if need you quick kombucha or coconut water pick me up!
