  • Community Kirtan

    HEIDI MELLICAN

    Friday Sept 18th, 6.30PM-8:30PM

Join us for an intimate evening of Kirtan - a deeply nourishing practice of mantra, music and meditation that invites us out of the thinking mind and into the heart. Through sacred sound, live music and collective voice, we gather in community to slow down, soften and reconnect to something deeper within ourselves.

Kirtan is often described as a moving meditation & a form of Bhakti Yoga (the yoga of devotion). No experience is needed and you do not need to be “good at singing” to attend. This is not a performance, but a shared experience and a space to listen, chant, feel, rest, open and simply be.

Expect an evening woven with mantra, storytelling, gentle guidance and moments of stillness, creating a space that is both grounding and uplifting. Whether this is your first Kirtan or a familiar practice, you are warmly welcomed exactly as you are.

Please bring anything you need to feel comfortable sitting on the floor (a cushion, shawl or blanket). Limited props are available at the venue.

We can’t wait to share this beautiful evening with you.

By Donation - Register to let us know if you’re planning to come.

  • Spring Reset-Mini Retreat

    ILLANA KOSAKIEWICZ

    Saturday October 3rd, 1pm-3:30pm

Spring is a season of renewal and forward movement.

It asks us to look at what has become stagnant, what we're ready to release, and where we're ready to direct our energy next.

A nourishing afternoon to clear the energetic cobwebs after the spring equinox, reconnect with your body and intuition, and create space for the next season of your life.

This nourishing afternoon will weave together practices from Kinesiology, energy work, yoga and meditation to help you reconnect with yourself and your energy.

Come as you are. Leave with a little more clarity, energy and intention for this season and the rest of 2026!

  • IKSRE "in all her forms (sound meditations vol. 2)" Sound Bath (75min)

    PHOEBE DUBAR (IKSRE)

    Sunday October 25th, 7pm

“in all her forms (sound meditations vol. 2)”, three years in the making, is a deeply immersive one-hour sound bath album where water functions as both physical element and guiding metaphor for transformation. Across the work, water is understood as constant change within continuity. It moves through states of solid, liquid, and gas, yet always returns to itself as H₂O. This cycle becomes the conceptual foundation of the album, reflecting on how we as humans might move through change while retaining our essence.

    COST: GRY Members $40 / Non-members $45

FUTURE DATES TO POP IN THE DIARY:

    • 4 Dec - Live Set + Embodied Flow
