We are so incredibly excited to welcome world-renowned yoga teacher, the founder and co-director of Kula Yoga Project and the co-creator of Wanderlust, Schuyler Grant, for a 3 hour masterclass, October 28th 1.30pm.
In this masterclass, Schuyler will unlock the key to finding stability and ease in all kinds of balancing postures. We will investigate deep core stability and active extension, from your hands and feet to your hips, hands, forearms, shins, and even the crown of your head.
What to expect
Class will begin with exercises to wake up the elusive Mula Bandha and the extremely relevant ‘upward flying’ Uddiyana Bandha. This will be followed by a creative Kula style flow sequence in which we apply this nuanced core work to balancing on all parts of the body. We will close with restorative pranayama.
This class will leave you energised, stabile, and profoundly aware of how you move through space.
