Please join Shelley Armstrong for this four-part course where we will break down the foundations of yoga.

Suitable for beginners and those wanting to refine their practice, this course breaks down essential postures with a focus on safe alignment, body awareness, and how to integrate this into your every day practice. 

Blending practical anatomy with mindful movement, you’ll learn how to support your joints, work with core strength, and move with greater stability and ease.

The 4-part course will be delivered in person by Shelley Armstrong with each week having a focus and will include group discussion, physical practice and reflection. Sessions will be interactive with plenty of opportunities for questions.

Week 1

Foundations of Alignment (Feet, base, Posture & breath)

Week 2

Core & Spine Integrity

Week 3

Shoulders, hips, mobility & stability

  • Major joints (hips and shoulders)

Week 4

Integrating alignment in flow
